Are You Certified?

Yes I am certified through Precision Nutrition. I like to think I also have the “been there, done that” certification from losing over 100 lbs by myself.

How Fast Can I lose Weight?

Amount of weight loss will completely depend on your individual starting point, that being said, I can help you lose between .5% to 2% of your body weight a week. I.E a 200 LB man can expect to lose 1-4 LBS a week. IE 160 LB woman can expect to lose .8 - 3.2 LBS a week.

What Payments Do you Accept?

For package and subscription purchases, you may use Stripe or Zelle. Financing option available.

Do I have to follow A specific Diet?

NO, restrictive fad diets only lead to temporary success, Instead I choose to help clients find what diet is sustainable for them long term. I prefer a flexible diet, where you can still have some of your favorite treats!

Where are Sessions Held?

Coaching calls are held via zoom, when you schedule an appointment you will automatically receive a link. IF your local we can meet up!

What’s the Investment?

If your interested in long term coaching, book a free consultation and we can go over specifics. I will let you know my services are an Investment into your Health and Health is Wealth, so my services are priced accordingly.

Program Options

Currently I do not do single coaching sessions. My starting program length is a month. Weight loss is never easy nor is changing ones habits, that’s why I prefer working with clients over a longer timespan.
